Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders that are confirmed and paid before 4:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST) are typically entered into the next processing cycle.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
  • Processing time does not include weekends or holidays

If processing is delayed due to inventory verification, payment review, or logistics, customers will be notified by email.


Shipping Methods

We ship using established carriers, including UPS, USPS, FedEx, and freight carriers, depending on product size and weight.

Most outboard engines are shipped via freight service.


Delivery Time Estimates

Delivery times vary by location and carrier.

  • Ground Shipping: Approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • Freight Shipping: Delivery time varies by destination

All delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may be affected by weather, transit delays, or regional conditions.


Freight Deliveries (Outboard Engines)

Large or heavy items are shipped by freight carrier.

Delivery options include:

  • Business Dock Delivery: Requires a commercial loading dock accessible to freight trucks
  • Liftgate / Curbside Delivery: Shipment is lowered to ground level

Final placement, unpacking, and removal of packaging are the customer’s responsibility.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout or confirmed prior to payment.

Some products may qualify for free shipping, which typically includes business dock freight delivery within the contiguous United States unless otherwise stated.

Additional services (such as liftgate delivery) may incur extra charges and will be communicated before shipment.


Shipping Area & Restrictions

  • Shipping is available within the United States only
  • Some carriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes
  • Remote or restricted locations may require additional fees

Customers will be contacted if special arrangements are needed.


Order Tracking

Tracking information is emailed once the order ships.

Please note:

  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active
  • Freight tracking updates may be limited

Delivery Inspection & Damage

Customers should inspect shipments before signing the delivery receipt.

  • If visible damage is present, note “Package Damaged” on the receipt
  • If severely damaged, refuse delivery and note “Refused – Damaged Item”

Any concealed damage or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.


Lost or Missing Shipments

If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package has not been received, customers should first contact the carrier. If unresolved, contact us for further assistance.
